Building Community
Building resilience

Building relationships around shared experiences, interests and concerns, we aspire to cultivate supportive groups, meet needs and solve problems together.

Injured workers Support Group

Through facilitated discussions, we injured workers bond over their common experience of injury, discover renewed hope and engender relationships of mutual aid.

We provide a safe space for injured migrant workers to share struggles with their ongoing cases, find mutual support from other injured workers and learn from the success stories of others.

Peer-learning

We promote mutual learning in our community.
We invite migrants with past experiences and challenges to share their stories of success and struggle. This enable the story teller discover his story of empowerment and enriches the lives of listeners.

Co-creating solutions.

Together.

Migrant workers are experts of their own lives and possess the creativity and resilience to overcome challenges.

Facilitators engage migrants in dialogue to understand migrants’ struggles from their perspectives and work through them through a process of reflection and action.

Supporting Interest Groups, Promoting Inclusion

We partner with migrant interest groups to support their talents and aspirations while exploring opportunities for them to contribute to the community to build goodwill and understanding.
